Advert - Development of E-Phyto System for Lesotho

The Government of Lesotho (GoL) is looking for a consultant partner to undertake workflow analysis and prepare systems specifications for the Lesotho ePhyto System that will provide future DAR automation and connection to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) ePhyto platform.

This assignment is the first phase of a three-phase process for implementation of the Lesotho ePhyto system that includes:

• Phase 1: Identification of system requirements, development of detailed specifications, and procurement of the system developer. (This assignment)
• Phase 2: System design and development. (To be undertaken by a systems developer)
• Phase 3: Deployment of the Lesotho ePhyto system. (To be undertaken by a systems developer)

There is potential for extension of this contract for the consultant to support the GoL during Phase 2 and Phase 3.
