Review of the Investment Environment for Venture Capital (VC) activity for the Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub and Seed Financing Facility (LEHSFF).

The objective of the assignment is to engage a consultant to perform a review of the investment environment readiness for venture capital (VC) and other early-stage enterprise financing activities in Lesotho and to write a report that will serve as the roadmap for establishing the seed financing facility for early-stage enterprises in Lesotho. This “Lesotho VC Investment Environment Readiness” report will constitute the groundwork to facilitate the selection of an experienced private seed fund manager to establish and manage Lesotho’s premier seed financing facility.
