Re-Advert - Design and Development of the LEHSFF Web Portal Solution

The consultancy is expected to perform the following tasks:

1. Review the CAFI Project documents in relation to the establishment of LEHSFF and its objectives.
2. Consultatively establish and document the relevant business processes and the requirements that need to be met by the solution.
3. Design of the architectural components of the solution including software application, databases, security, and technological platforms of the solution.
4. Identify and help acquire the necessary cloud-based hosting service provider in close collaboration with the CAFI Project Management Unit.
5. The acquired cloud-based hosting service contract should be for at least 12 months.
6. Design, develop, configure, test and deploy the Website environment that can be used on different devices and operating systems.
7. Design the interface and integrate the Content Management System (CMS).
8. Provide 12 months post implementation support.
9. Provide both technical and end-user training to the CAFI Project team on the developed solution.
10. Create applicants’ database access linked to the CAFI Project Website platform.
11. Develop and submit a final Assignment Report upon completion.
