TOR for Access to Finance Specialist

Reporting to the Director Implementation, the objectives of the position are as follows:

To coordinate and provide hands-on implementation support for CAFI access to finance
To facilitate improved access to finance for businesses supported by the CAFI component 2 project activities including the Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub and Seed Financing Facility (LEHSFF), Lesotho Horticultural Incubation and Training Center (LHITC and to a limited extend, Lesotho Enterprise Assistance Program (LEAP) to (i) sustainably finance their operations and business support programs, (ii) develop financing instruments in partnership with financial institutions to provide financing for supported businesses, and (iii) assist businesses with financing proposals and financial compliance.
To support CAFI management in attracting and structuring partnerships to co-finance operations of LHITC, LEHSFF, and LEAP.
