TOR for Credit Infrastructure Adviser

The overall objective of this assignment is to refine and enhance the effectiveness of the already existing credit information-sharing infrastructure in Lesotho. The assignment entails developing the credit market and strengthening the Central Bank of Lesotho’s capacity in supervising the credit bureau. This assignment is also expected to open more channels through which borrowers’ credit scores could be accessed.
