TORs for Development of National and LTDC Strategies
The overall objective of this assignment is to develop a new National Tourism Strategy and a new LTDC Strategic Plan to ensure that the MTSAC and the LTDC effectively and efficiently fulfil their mandated objectives stipulated in the National Tourism Policy and national goals and laws, and to engage their stakeholders in working towards the same vision and long-term goals.
