TORs Implementation Partner for LEHSFF

The objective of the assignment is to engage a consulting firm to establish and operate the entrepreneurship hub and seed financing facility in partnership with the Hub Management Team.  The selected Implementation Partner will maintain full-time presence in Lesotho for the first two years and visit the LEHSFF regularly enough during the subsequent year while also being available for ad hoc remote support to provide specific training and guidance to the Hub Management Team.

The selected firm will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Hub Management Team and Hub program delivery partners are adequately trained and resourced to deliver world-class incubation programs to Lesotho’s most promising enterprises under the LEHSFF banner.
